Abstract
This Water Information Network South Africa (WIN-SA) factsheet summarises the range of water demand management (WDM) tools available to South African municipalities and water service providers. It covers pressure management, metering, leak repair, public awareness campaigns, water pricing reform, water-efficient fixtures regulations, and grey water reuse incentive programmes. Contact details for WDM service providers and relevant legislative references are included.
